Partnering for Change
Partnering for Change (P4C) is the name of both a new model for delivering integrated rehabilitation services for children with special needs and the program of research that has evaluated the development, implementation and evaluation of P4C service model. The P4C model of service is an innovative, collaborative, evidence-informed model that uses a needs-based, tiered approach to provide rehabilitation services for children with special needs in schools.
